What is “Traveling Kunz”?
Traveling Kunz is a YouTube Travel Vlog and there is just one person behind it, and that is Ferdinand Kunz. Yes, that is my real name, and you can call me Ferdy.
In 2023, I found myself on Kinmen Island and decided to document this unique place, even I had never took a video before. I choose to do so, because the island is one of the most unique places in the world, IMHO. I started my YouTube Travel Vlog and since then, I have become a passionate amateur travel vlogger, sharing my adventures with the world.
Part of that journey is this website that turned into travel blog. But of course, most time Ferdinand spends on producing more travel videos.
Traveling Kunz has grown much bigger than Ferdinand ever expected. Originally, it was just a six-month project to document life in Kinmen during my language course. But against all odds, the channel took off. Now there is even a podcast, and multiple social media channels. And until today, every part of Traveling Kunz keeps its amateur spirit: nothing is bought but everything is given.
